Visitation

Greasy spoon warmth
January isolated outside.
Through splintered clouds
Light touches glass -
A myriad of translucent jewels

  1. You take me to this place, and I love how you convey the warmth of being inside the restaurant in the winter looking outside, and receiving the gift of such beautiful reflections as the "myriad of translucent jewels" through the window's glass. Very lovely.

I am also enjoying your other "stone poems"here as well. Beautiful.
